
Inkdrift Terms and ConditionsPlease read and understand Inkdrift's terms and conditions. Placing an order through Inkdrift indicates your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
OrderingOrders can be submitted via email, phone or studio appointment. Full contact details are required, including your name, delivery address, email address and contact phone number/s. If placing an order for a studio collection, specify the name and quantity of each stationery item required. If you require customisation or a couture design please make an enquiry prior to placing an order.
A design proposal and quote will be issued. Please advise Inkdrift of any changes to the design proposal. To proceed with your order a deposit of 50% is required. The quoted price is all inclusive and takes into account the cost of papers, envelopes, any embellishments chosen, printing, assembly supplies and the creative process of design conception, materials preparation and the hand assembly of every element in your stationery suite.
On completion of your order, a final invoice will be issued, including any applicable delivery charges. Full settlement of this amount is required before your order is released.
Please note: - Stock will not be ordered and production will not commence until deposit funds have been cleared. Completed orders will not be released until final payment funds have cleared. Inkdrift will forward a courtesy email once deposit funds have cleared.
PaymentPayment is accepted via direct deposit, money order or cheque. These methods require 2-3 business days to clear funds. If you wish to make payment in cash, this is accepted at a studio appointment.
ProofsAfter your wording and typestyle choice has been submitted a proof will be emailed to you for all items to be produced. You may make unlimited changes during this proofing process. If necessary notify any changes required, and an amended proof will be forwarded. Once a design layout and all text has been confirmed correct, a hard copy proof will be forwarded to you. Hard copy proofs are required to be signed and returned to Inkdrift before any production will commence on your order.
Please review your proof carefully as proof reading is the clients responsibility. Please verify all content, layout, spelling and accuracy of information. Inkdrift accepts no responsibility for errors that are signed off through the proofing process. Should your stationery require reproduction due to a signed off error, this will be at the clients expense.
Hint: - Ask someone else to go over your proof. Sometimes a fresh set of eyes can pick up something you may have missed.
Guest ListsIf you wish to have your stationery personalised with your guests names and addresses, a list is required in typed format in either an Excel spreadsheet or Word document. A Guest List Template is available from our resources page.
All text in your supplied guest list must be typed exactly as you wish it to appear in your stationery. It is essential you ensure all spelling and layout is correct in your guest list, as our printing process uses automatic retrieval of this information and it is printed exactly as supplied. Any errors to personalised items which were supplied by clients on their lists, will only be reproduced at the clients expense.
If you submit a guest list which requires formatting, set-up costs will apply. Please remember to advise on your guest list, the quantity of any blank items you require.
Stock and FinishingAll stationery is created by hand with the greatest care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of hand crafted designs, slight variation may occur between items.
After all required information has been received and all proofs have been approved, please allow up to 4 weeks for completion of your order. This time may vary depending on complexity of design and quantities ordered. You will be notified if any materials are unavailable from the supplier. In such instances, alternatives will be recommended and you will have the choice to proceed or cancel your order and receive a full refund of your deposit.
Due to differences in monitors, screen colours may appear slightly different to the actual colours of finished products.
Hint: Due to manufacturing processes, slight variations may occur between batches. It is recommended to order all required items initially to minimise colour variation.
SamplesSamples of stationery are available and applicable items prices apply. All sample stationery is printed with generic wording and typestyle, no personalisation whatsoever is available. The above ordering and payment terms apply to sample stationery.
DeliveryDeliveries are made via Registered Australia Post. Depending on the size and weight of each order costs can vary, and as such delivery charges will be advised on the final invoice prior to despatch. As a signature is required for all Registered Post, deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box address.
Inkdrift cannot guarantee delivery times once a package has been despatched and cannot be held liable for any loss, delays, damage or charges whatsoever caused by third parties.
Refunds and CancellationPlease choose carefully, as a refund of your deposit will only be made if cancellation is received prior to any stock being ordered. If stock has been ordered or production has commenced on your order, no refund of your deposit will be given.
If your order has been completed, full settlement of the account must be made.
PricingAll prices are shown in Australian Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Clients who have secured an order by placing a deposit will not be affected in the event of any price increase.
ErrorsInkdrift endeavours to supply your stationery error free. If however, there is an error in your finished stationery which was not present on your signed off proof, it will be rectified at the expense of Inkdrift. Stationery must be returned to Inkdrift undamaged and in original packaging via Registered Australia Post. Postage costs incurred to return stationery will be reimbursed if you supply the original Australia Post receipt.
Any errors in your finished stationery which are found to be on the signed and approved proof, will be reproduced at the clients expense.

PrivacyInkdrift respects the privacy of you and your guests and all personal details are kept strictly confidential. Please be assured that under no circumstances will Inkdrift supply your information to any third party.
